- Dixon Uprights are made of angle-shape (∟) metal sheets 40/40 mm, 2 mm thick.
- Uprights are provided with perforations in steps of 50 mm to connect shelves together.
- The upright is provided with plastic cap to protect it from water and rust during floor cleaning.
- Shelves are provided with double side bends to guarantee safety and work efficiency.
- Shelves are made of CR metal sheets, 0.7mm and 0.9 mm thick, provided with reinforcement metal bar(s) welded in the middle of the shelf by automatic “Spot Welding” machines.
· Shelves are quite flexibly assembled to uprights by screws and bolts on the 4 corners, it can be installed quickly and easily.
· Each shelf can carry about 100 kg of distributed weight.
- Assembles units consist of shelves and uprights, they can either be mounted to the wall (single side), or installed in the middle as single or double-sided arrangements.
- Units are firmly installed by screws and bolts, together with small corner triangles to protect the system from swivelling or collapsing, especially when units are freely installed in the middle.
- Units can be provided with metal dividers, can be installed over the shelf, to prevent goods from mixing up.
- Partitioning sheets (dividers) are made of 1 mm thick steel, with height and depth depending on the application or according to customer requirements.
